The nurse would like to see how many times a student has been in her office in the current school year. Currently it show the total number of visits since the student started at the school.0

Medical form needs to allow for parents to enter "notes"
When completing the medical form there is no "notes" area for the parents to add a note on an allergy or condition. However, this field does exist for the parent under the "medical tab" on a students profile. See the attached screenshot.0
