Add spaces for course abbreviation names
Our course names are long, and although shorter, our course abbreviations don't fit in the allotted spaces. We need more spaces for the name that shows up on the transcript, when adding it to the course abbreviation box.1

Target and max size needs to not be a global setting for a course. Have section or room exception option for larger/smaller capacity rooms.
