Department Chairs to have Access to Department Members Gradebooks
It would be helpful for heads of departments to be able to access their fellow department members grade books, to monitor consistency for our team teaching. They don't need to be Grading Managers.6

Department Chairs and principals need to check in on their staff to make sure that things are setup correctly and to provide support at a more granular level. They do not need to edit it only to view it.2
