Forms "submitted by field" in confirmation email needs to be the name of the actual person that submitted the form
Why would they add a field "submitted by" if it just puts every parent/guardian's name when it sends the confirmation email? Consider adding the ability to customize or change the color of the splash page where a candidate is congratulated that they have been accepted.
