Add ability to insert/import/attach a photo to a calendar event.

We would like the Administrative Notifications for Event Registration to Include all of the event details that a user selects so that we don't have to log in to see that information.
Some of our events require constant monitoring and the ability to have this information included in the notification would be a huge assistance in keeping up with the information being submitted without needing to log in several times a day.1
