Have the transcript break out courses by term instead of continuous courses for the year.
Currently out official transcripts show the courses for the entire school year, it would be great if we can break them up by module (semester) so it's easier to read. We currently don't have that option, or it's not readily apparent in Transcript ...1 Implemented

transcript sort order
in New Transcript Builder, there is an option to sort the transcripts by Last Name, but it does not then sort by first name. So the option should be changed to Last Name, First Name.0 Implemented

Ability to enter school name from course taken at another school. Remedial and summer courses taken elsewhere need to be recorded but colleges need to know these were not taken at our school. We state these courses are not included in their cum GPA because course rigor is much more difficult at our school.
A few students take remedial and summer courses elsewhere. These are not included in their GPA but unless the transcript shows another school name for this course it appears that they were taken at our school.0 Implemented

We would like the ability to keep the second semester column on the transcript for a student even if they drop midyear.
Currently if a student leaves the school midyear their 2nd semester column on their transcript disappears as they have no enrollment. We want the ability to keep it there and leave it blank so that it formats the same as all other years.0 Implemented
