Remove faculty persona from view when switching to parent view

Password parameters should be allowed to be set by school
Our school is an elementary school and need to set our password parameters for our students. The new parameters enforced by Blackbaud are way too hard for our students to remember.1

Force What Displays from Parents to Admins/Staff in Profile
I want to allow parents to hide some or all of their setting from other parents or students but not to Faculty and Staff. A teacher may need to email them about their kid or call them so they should always have access to all their information.0

Have a new Counselor role which can access student information including grades
Right now there is now way to have a counselor user to access all student information, including grades, without creating a fake advisory and putting all students in it. This is terribly inelegant and sloppy.1
