Have the ability to create a list which filters on employment status
There is currently no way to create a list that filters on employment status. You can potentially filter on 'Past-' roles, however, that might filter out people who were teachers (and are now Past-Teachers), but are still Non-Teaching Staff.0

Exporting Test Scores for Mail Merge
We need to export test score information along with student address info for a bi-annual scholarship letter mail merge. The bucketed test report doesn't help and there is no way to have tests show up in basic lists. Advanced lists are a nightmare....0
