System seems to know that parent's credit card is expiring before payment date and doesn't attempt the auto draft. It should notify the parent to go in before the auto draft date to update their account.

Change the wording on the prior to debit notices to alert changes or manual payments must be made at least 3 business days prior to due date.
The current wording says payments go into process 1 business day prior to the due date. There is no mention when changes should be made. It also does not advise when a payment can be made to avoid the automatic debit payment from processing.0 Planned

Add multiple payment methods to the Smart Tuition family portal so that families can automatically pay with different methods each month (i.e. two credit cards with a certain amount specified to each card).
This would benefit our parents as we've had requests for automatic multiple payment methods. While this can be achieved manually, parents and schools benefit by having this automatically completed so that late payments do not arise.1
