Add Post Status to In School Payments
Is there a way to select the Post Status to an In School Payment when the payment is being applied? Currently, the school has to add the payment to the student, then go back in to mark it as DO NOT POST. It would be helpful if this could be done a... -
There needs to be an option for student's name, for all transactions, in the journal refernce column for Post to GL. This would simply reconciling. I was an early adapter for BM and this has been an issue since then. I would like all references to be related to the student.

Allow deleting of posted charges, and bulk deleting of charges from list
Sometimes we make mistakes! Once a charge is recorded as posted it can't be deleted - please allow for that (so that charge is not seen on record at all). Also, from a list, allow for mass deletion of charges. -
Optionally change GL on adding new charges
When creating a new charge, give option to change GL from default. For example "MiscCharge" item could be wide range of GL #s, not just one that is set as default in billing year setup. -
