New Event Registration Edit Form Fee after submissions
We would like to be able to charge an "early bird" fee which is discounted from the final fee that the form will charge. Enable Gradebook to show skills by Default

Have student id #s rollover from previous school year
We use 4 digit student id #s which are on current school year student account.
