Have an option to change the Reported by name on an infraction.
Our faculty submit infractions and our Asst. Dean of Students would like to be able to change the name from the teacher's to his before approving and before parents can see. Currently, it is hard coded and the name can't be changed.2

Send notification for approver that Official note has been written and waiting to be approved
Currently, Our official notes that teachers write sit in the 'pending' list because Admin do not know that they have written them. A notification to the approver would be super useful that would take them directly to approve the Official Note.3

ConnectRE: Constitutent Code Year is wrong if sync is done after July 1st

Display grade level instead of graduation year
