Option to allow students/parents to see grades but not cumulative grade
We would like to allow students and their parents to see grades on individual assignments in the grade book, but we do not want them to be able to see their cumulative grade.

Incompletes should automatically drop off once a grade is recorded for the assignment.
When an assignment tagged as "Missing" is graded in the assignment view, the "Missing" tag automatically drops off. The same should hold true for an "Incomplete" tag.6 Implemented
