Ability to set default notification time for announcements

I would like to be able to change the default time for announcement notifications. We have lots of teachers who forget to change the time from the default 12:00am.

Add Northern Ireland as an option in Country dropdown

I am requesting an enhancement to the Country list, to include Northern Ireland. We have an Alum living in Northern Ireland, but it is not an option in the Country dropdown menu. This is needed to connect the alum in RE with the connect RE Plugin.

Assignment Center showing duplicate assignments

This may be a reported issue (if so, please attach me!) but for a number of our teachers, they are seeing double assignments in the Assignment Center, but they look fine in their classes.
