Candidate List - allow filtering on DOB

We want to easily identify which candidates have a birthday "today" or "in the past 3 days" or "next week". While we can add DOB and Month of Birth columns, there is no way to filter on that to get a mm/dd sorted list w/o exporting to Excel.

Add a bad email notification to top of profile section

To see a bad email, admins need to navigate to the Contact Card. The email shown at the top of the profile (along with address/phone number) should have the [bad] notation associated with it. This will be especially useful with BBID issues.
