Ability to change or add room types

It would be helpful to delete room types not in use by our school and add room types which would help us narrow down rooms for scheduling i.e. US English versus just English.

Change task name "*Online Signup" to "Course Requests" for Roles

When the task has a different name then the item it controls, it gets a wee bit confusing. Very hopeful the development team will be working on the numerous instances in tasks where this occurs.

Create a report to know how many visitors watch a posted video

Due to the pandemic, we have moved many of our presentations to videos that are posted in Blackbaud. We would love to have a count of how many views each video receive. Capturing who has actually viewed it would also be amazing.

It is more common now for families not to have home phones anymore. Change the identifiers to Wireless/Mom and Wireless/Dad and leave only one home.
