An area to view School Form Payments similar to what Giving and Event Registration have

Ability for Apply Another Child Resource Board to recognize Application Publish fields
At this time the Apply Another Child Resource Board does not recognize if an Application publish fields have expired. A school has to disable the Resource Board so Parents do not fill out expired Applications. -

We have families that currently don't speak English. Having the capability to install Google Translate would solve a huge problem.
