Bulk Add Grade to Standard Grade Plan
I would like the ability to Bulk Add Grades to a Standard Grade Plan. This currently exists for Assessment Grade Plans but not Standard Grade Plans.

On New Transcript Builder: Do not remove zeros from DOB
Even when a student has their Birth Date entered in the format '01/01/2011', the Transcript builder will output it as '1/1/2011'. When uploading to the service 'Parchment', these zeros are necessary.0

When entering course requests for next year don't warn students they don't meet grade level requirements when they will be in that grade next year.

Learning Profile Approval page should be searchable by student name
If we do not know when a learning profile was created or need to modify it, we should be able to search that page by student name to find their LP records. Have to track back and forth to the main profile page wastes time.1
