It would be helpful to add more than one phone field in the User Address section on their medical form template. This is important when needing to get in touch with parents/guardians for medical situations.0

Learning Profile Approval page should be searchable by student name
If we do not know when a learning profile was created or need to modify it, we should be able to search that page by student name to find their LP records. Have to track back and forth to the main profile page wastes time.1
