Grades - By Student with Comments Report

I would like to request that the" Grades - By Student with Comments" Report pull the same information (Factor) that the "Grades - By Student Report" pulls.

Announcement Change Notification

Add RSS feed option for Calendars along with the iCal Feed option

I would like the ability to use a RSS Feed from the Calendar along with the iCal Feed. Currently the feed is in iCal format but I would also like the RSS format to be available as well.

Access to Emergency Bulletin

I want to be able to allow roles other than Platform Manager to access the Emergency Bulletin. I want to put other users in charge of the Emergency Bulletin, but do not want them to be Platform Managers.
