Add new option to View History in processed applications

I would like to be able to see a year instead of a 30 day history when clicking on the applications area in onBoard.

Ability to select which email the inquiry notification goes to on default

I would like to be able to set a default email address that the automated Inquiry notification email will go to.

OnBoard Gender dropdown - either change to just Male or default to Male

We would like to know if you could just show Male for the Gender Dropdown or default to Male as this is an all Boys school :-)

onBoard List/Report information

I would like to be able to pull the publish dates for decisions into a list so twe can double check that they did in fact publish a decision for every candidate.
