Edit the Service's drop down for the screen name field in the Digital section of the contact card

Current the list to choose from is a bit dated. I would like to use this field to capture user names for applications like WeChat and WhatsApp. Having this drop down editable would allow us to change as the popularity of applications change.

If I want to give a teacher a task but don't know the role to assign him or her, life stops. Roles have tasks I can easily find, but th reverse is not true.
