Allow courses to limit set of skills to associate with the course (CBE)
All of our courses have a limited set of skills that are being assessed. It would be much easier for all if at the course level the teacher could choose the skills to associate with the course so that they appear for each assignment. Enable Gradebook to show skills by Default
