Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Have a parent sign off on more than one contract at one time for more than one child.

It would be great for a parent to electronically sign contracts for multiple students at one time and make a single payment instead of having the parent select each student individually and make two payments.

Add feature to be able to customize assignments to sub-group of students

Be able to select a sub-group of students from class group roster and give them them a specific assignement

We would like a way for users to be able to see what content has been posted since they last logged in.

This would be beneficial as users aren't always sure what they've already looked at and what is actually new. It would better help them to be able to see what may need their attention since the last time they logged in.

Add 'School Program' field in General Information to the list of fields that can be choosen as publish/view etc

We have two different types of Boarding Students and this would allow teachers to see if a student is full time in the dorm or gone on the weekend by viewing the general information section in the student contact card

Provide the means find the role(s) associated with a task

Teachers would like to be able to efficiently look at all that a single student has submitted sequentially so that they can, hopefully, give better feedback to the student as a whole and not just on an assignment by assignment basis.

Committee Sheet report to pull Visit comments as well as Interview comments

If the Committee Sheet report could pull checklist items that are categorized as "Visit" like it does those as "Interview."

Delete Multiple Sections

Please add a feature where we can select multiple sections to delete at once. This is useful when sections rollover and we do not need them for the current year.
