Ability to manually edit Payment Plan

it would be super useful now as the payment plans are not getting calculated correcly in general. Even if this was fixed we have many families who need some type of adjustment to their plans.

    There will always be families that require unique payment plans. Currently, our choices are to create a payment plan called "Personalized" (or similar), or to track the actual payment plan manually, outside of Billing Management.
