How is this implemented? It is only allowing percentages, not the ability to adjust amounts.

I've had nothing but trouble with payment plans. It's our first year on this and I'm already regretting it.

Even if they just allowed us to edit the amount monthly so it can be moved around. Let's say a family wants to add next month's payment and split it out over the following two months, or add it to the end of the payment plan, or anything. Let us, as Billing administrators, have the ability to make edits and changes as needed.

There will always be families that require unique payment plans. Currently, our choices are to create a payment plan called "Personalized" (or similar), or to track the actual payment plan manually, outside of Billing Management.
