We would appreciate the ability to add payments by creating a deposit (similar to the student billing deposit feature). This would be helpful to our Finance Department when reconciling/posting monthly transactions.
Agreed. Deposit number should be auto-generated in sequence by the system instead of manually entered. It would be easier for reconciliation and audit with the deposit feature.

Please consider adding this as soon as possible. This is necessary, basic functionality.
As a Finance Director, I feel this would be a required feature.
