Currently we can only set a grace period on the Late fee for how many days past due a charge needs to be in order to be eligible for a late charge, however, the payment status in the Parent's Current Bill Portal will still show a status of "Past Due". We would like the ability to set a global grace period that prevents the Status from showing as "Past Due" until a certain number of days after the due date of the charge.
It would also be helpful to have the option of removing parents from upcoming payment and past due notifications if we are working with them on a modified payment plan due to unforeseen circumstances.
