Notes and Actions do not record/save the person's info as to who added the notes or assigned the actions. Actions only have due dates, not initiation dates.

We cannot add one note or assign one action to multiple records in bulk. Instead, we need to do that by going into each biller profile. It's not efficient. This function is useful when we need to follow up or collect from a list of accounts.
