Miscellaneous Fee Name in alphabetical order option

Please could the drop down boxes of the miscellaneous fee name be in sorted in alphabetical order for "Charge for" or "Credit for". Currently it is all muddled up which slows down the data entry looking for the fee name in the list.

    This week we shipped a fee picker for charges and credits that allows you to search. The order is still based on the display order in Settings but thew fee picker should help you find what you're looking for much faster than the old!

    It would be helpful if billing ID can be set up and assigned to billing items. Currently, the fees are set up using names only. Billing IDs can be unique identifiers while names can be duplicated. Billing ID is useful in filters for reporting and statements etc.
