Most BBMS payments automatically apply for students automatically apply in the students record, however on occasion if the admissions depart doesn't get the student enrolled prior to the payment arriving it has to be entered manually. I'm just looking for a refresh on BBMS payments to eliminate manual entries and reduce any errors manually entering payments.
