The system setup does not have Preview feature. It carries out commands blindly. For example, when batch assign statement recipients, we cannot see a list of records that will be processed in order to select or deselect records we want or don't want. If we only want to assign statement recipients to new students who have accepted our offer, we cannot use batch assign. We need to either assign individually or assign to all then remove the unwanted ones by going into each record. Either way, it's not efficient.

Same issue happens to late fee generation.
