In the upcoming payment due notification setup, the [amount_due] merge field only shows the amount due in the current month, not the account's current balance as of the send date. Can a merge field be added to show the current balance? This field's data source should be from the "minimum due" amount under the activity section of the biller's profile.
With the real current balance (not just amount due in the current month) shown in the notification, it will save time, provide accurate information and eliminate confusion and frustration to parents.
