After transactions are posted, all the fields are locked. Can the "due date" and "charge is subject to late fees" fields be left unlocked even after transactions are posted? The purpose for this is to exclude the charges or balances from the late fee calculation when payment arrangements are made (due date is changed from the original due date) and late fees are waived on certain charges/balances.
