We need a standard report to list all of the enrollment deposits and prepaid tuition by student that will balance to the GL. It should also have a check feature so that we can view the dates that the various remittances were made. the report should be concise and easy to read. please. I have parents who pay full tuition in March when they re-enroll but the billing/new payment plans do not start until July
