Our enrollment period for next school year begins in March of the current year. We offer several payment plans options for families-including semi-annual and annual billed in July. Enrollment deposits are due at the time of enrollment. The parent view of the statement summary for semi-annual payors only shows a total due-beginning balance Zero, new charges Zero, payments Zero but balance due for example $52,319.35-which is tuition, tuition insurance less enrollment deposit. The parent is not able to see the details making up the balance due until the dates of the payment plan (for example July 1). Perhaps a school year statement that would show all activity.
Parents would have details of total activity-that tuition insurance is charged, the enrollment deposit was received and processed-and the statement summary would roll forward and not show just a balance.
