Journal Codes defined and enabled in FE should be selectable in BBBM Post to GL
Manually defining journal codes via text entry should remain an option, but if they need to match those in FE exactly, ones we've already defines should be available to select as part of BBBM/FE integration.
This would be good both for ease of use/efficiency, and avoiding errors.
