More documentation is required in the knowledgebase/more movement in ideas bank

We are aware that Billing Management is still being developed and there is information available in the Help Center, but during our implementation we found several issues in the product that required to the development team to deploy code fixes to resolve issues.

There should be more information available in the Knowledgebase about known issues as we find we are having to log cases in Case Central simply to ask questions or get clarification on processes.

Additionally, we are often prompted to log feature enhancement requests in the ideas bank (which obviously we do), but there appears to be very little movement on ideas through the pipeline. Most ideas are still sitting at "needs review" while a fraction are moved to "planned" and only four ideas are "in progress". With the sunsetting of Student Billing, the development of Billing Management isn't progressing as quickly as it should.
