Currently Auto-pay needs to be set up every new school year by parents. As long as payment method hasn't changed, the Auto-pay should be able to be used for all billing going forward.

The whole advantage of Auto-pay is that we don't have to chase or remind parents about payment. Having to set up again every year means we need to remind them every year. Parents understandably assume that since they set it up once, their part is done.
