There are people in Core as family members who should not have access through the school portal but who make payments, and are included as payers on the student record in Billing Management.

However, in Billing Management we cannot see all their tabs. We have to switch back to Core to do so.

In Billing Management we should be able to view all their tabs - just as we can for parents. There is no reason to "hide" them from staff with access to Billing Management.
