We collect billing and attendance data daily through internal tools, which populate into Google Sheets. Currently, this data must be cleaned, exported, and imported into Blackbaud. An API-based connection that allows schools to automatically push billable charges from Google Sheets into Blackbaud on a scheduled basis (e.g., nightly) would reduce workload for accounting teams, improve accuracy, and ensure family accounts are kept up to date.
