As the years increase using Billing Management we are not able to close paid up student accounts so that they do not appear on reports and lists. Also statements are produced for all students in a family even when they are no longer at the school and their accounts are paid up. Not all past and alumni student accounts are paid up so it would be helpful if only those are included in aging reports and balance lists with the current students.
