We use Financial Aid to handle subsidies. Some of our subsidies have different standard rates for each grade level. The only way we can assign this in bulk is via bulk uploading credits, or creating a separate Financial Aid for each grade on the EM side and then creating the corresponding Financial Aid with its default rate on the BM side. Both are tedious.

Financial Aid should have similar options to Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees, where you can set the amount by grade level (among other criteria).
