Currently, the amount paid for the enrollment deposit is not reflected within the recent activity block and/or statements. This is confusing to families because any other required fees paid with the contract are listed in these areas. The only place that families can currently see that their deposit has been paid is under the payment plan screen. All payment transactions, including the enrollment deposit, should be itemized within the recent activity and statement areas so that families can confirm/provide documentation regarding what they have actually paid.
