Currently, credit card and direct debit fees are not applied when taking an enrollment deposit processed through the student billing page.

Enrollment deposits processed through the contract properly include fees; however, when the deposit is collected outside the contract workflow — such as after a failed payment that is retaken over the phone or in person through the student billing page — no fee is applied.

Fees are correctly charged for regular payments made through the portal or entered manually on the student billing page, but this functionality does not currently extend to enrollment deposits.
