We are currently using Billing Management to collect Athletic Fees. Eventually we'll use it for more. That said, nearly all our sports programs have different levels of credit for individual students towards those fees. We were told we had to use Financial Aid in order to reduce those fees. Problem with that is when reporting on actual Financial Aid, it will show those athletic credits....and we don't like that. It seems Refunds will solve this issue for us. However, we could have hundreds of student refunds to process and doing them individually would be terrible. Can an import feature be added for Billing Management Refunds to simplify this process?
