Add Notifications for Payment Plan Autopay

I have a lot of parents who have complained because they don't receive email reminders letting them know an upcoming payment is due for their payment plan autopay. This is especially true for the first payment of the year because parents tend to forget. We're emailing them outside of Blackbaud to remind them payments are due, but it would be a good add to allow that in Blackbaud, like it does with everything else.

    Audrey -- I've let reviewed the case and have asked that another ticket be opened for you. The Payment plan auto-pay upcoming payment notification lives in Communication > Notifications. I've checked your site and see that it's enabled for you all (it has to be as part of the payment plan auto-pay configuration). Support will be reaching out to get more information about the payers who say they are not receiving the notification so we can take a look to see what's going on.

    My parents haven't been getting it. When I asked Blackbaud support, they said it didn't exist for payment plans, only for incidentals and recommended I add it here.

    We do have the Payment plan auto-pay upcoming payment notification that is configured as part of the auto-pay setup.
