Current process to add a payment to a student record is that you must search and find a payer (usually a parent) and that payer must be a designated statement recipient. This is problematic as we have 3rd party payers that have nothing to do with the student account. As well, we receive payment reports with student ID #'s so searching / applying payments based on the student would make more sense. Anyone should be able to pay on the student record.
