Add filter for 'Deposit Numer" to list of recent payments

In order to be able to find deposits by number, or those without number that have not been assigned yet. NEcessary to balance for posting with new functionality.

    I do not understand why a financial system cannot do this automatically and this is essential for auditing purposes and to verfiy transactions. This shouldn't be an item to vote on, it should be fixed ASAP
