Parents currently have a weird gap in their access to billing history.

This is made worse by every statement telling them how much they are behind, but none of them give a full picture of what happened.

For example, let's say now is Oct 2021, the fiscal year started Aug 2021, and the parent fell behind on monthly payments in March 2021.

• Today, parents cannot generate a statement that shows any of the transactions between Jan 2021 and July 2021.

Currently, parents can see transactions from:

• Last calendar year (Jan 2020-Dec 2020).

• Previous statements since the start of this fiscal (Aug 2021), limited to a month-by-month summary.

School staff can generate statements based on fiscal ranges. Parents should be able to do this as well.
