Prevent changes to applications of payments from re-creating a Deposit in the Post to GL/Deposits area

Currently, if a deposit is posted, then later one of the payments in that deposit is reapplied, that original deposit reappears in the Post to GL/Deposits routine. This should not happen.

    You are now able to disable the creation of application distributions.

    Agreed... This is causing erroneous lines in GL download report, and entry lines that are not balanced. It would seem that there this report should be driven by the transaction and not by the distribution.
